Thanks to a grant from Keeping Cincinnati Beautiful, Wave Pool is installed a street mural on our corner!

In March of 2023 we posted a four-week open call for street mural designs and received 12 proposals. We printed and posted the proposal statements (excluding the names) and visual designs inside Wave Pool and Welcome for the community to anonymously vote on. Voting was open April - May and we received over 60 votes!

The street mural selected by popular vote was designed and will be installed by artists Miranda Holmes and Hannah Parrett. It features indigenous plants and flowers.

Ohio Native Plants made it’s official debut during Wave Pool’s Pool Party on August 19th, 2023

This street mural is funded by the City of Cincinnati’s Safe & Clean Neighborhood Fund.
