Unsure of the path that your art is leading you?  Join us the first Saturday of the month to share your experiences as an artist. We start with a special activity, guest speaker, or discussion topic before diving into the queries of those in attendance. 

For December’s meeting, start your 2024 off on a positive note by gaining more financial empowerment!

Julie Locker (she/her), a Cincinnati-based performing artist and financial advisor with Black Bull Capital Partners, will present on financial empowerment.

Participants will reflect on their current money mindset, and then, using budgeting and retirement planning techniques, identify specific steps they can take to secure their financial futures.

Content will largely be determined by participants’ questions but sample topics include budgeting, building credit, intro to investing, types of retirement accounts, how much to save for retirement, running your business like a business, and self-funding projects. Participants will leave with greater financial knowledge, as well as the ability to reframe and think positively about their own situations.
