Wave Pool Fiscal Sponsorship

As part of Wave Pool's commitment to supporting artists and art endeavors in our region, we fiscally sponsor artists, projects, and groups that fit within our mission of pairing art with community. Fiscal sponsorship allows artists and arts organizations to solicit tax-deductible donations and apply for grants, without going through the onerous process of launching a 501(c)(3). The sponsored 'project' could be a one-time program, an independent artist, or an arts organization that does not have its own 501(c)(3) status.

Wave Pool's Fiscal Sponsorship program offers many benefits including:

Online profile page and website link featured on our website
Online donations accepted directly for each sponsored project
A periodical list of grant opportunities to our sponsored artists and projects
Assistance connecting to resources through networking and admin support
A lower than average administrative fee - Wave Pool asks for a nominal percentage of grants and donations given through fiscal sponsorship to cover our administrative time and increased accounting costs.
