This Thursday, Arykah Carter and Ryan Harris from the Midwest Region of TransSaints will be hosting a conversation with Nola, to discuss Trans Boxing and Nola's remote artist residency at Wave Pool in Cincinnati, Ohio!

Wave Pool is a contemporary art center located in Cincinnati, Ohio. During their remote residency, Nola will be collaborating with community members to facilitate participatory and conceptual art projects that highlight individuals of trans experience and explore Cincinnati’s existing boxing history and culture. The work created during the residency period will be shown at an exhibition titled, An Effort to Defend, at Wave Pool’s gallery space in May 2021.
