Food that transports you around the globe!
You don’t have to be an advanced chef to join our virtual cooking lessons where you will learn fun, easy recipes and meet local immigrant chefs. Travel with your taste buds to Mexico, Zimbabwe, Vietnam, Venezuela and many other countries from the comfort of your home, while learning about a Cincinnati neighbor and their story.
For $50 you will get a box with all the ingredients needed to make a dish for two, plus a zoom link to sign in during your assigned time and date to cook live, where you will be able to interact with our chef for the evening. This experience also includes a piece of art made by a local Cincinnati artist, relevant to the theme for the evening and a keepsake for your virtual dining experience.

Chef Bio:
Lety Sanchez was born in Guanajuato, Mexico, in 1981. She began her training as a Chef a couple of years after graduating from college. Her interest in food grew as she learned more throughout the years while cooking for her family.
She also got formal chef training in international cuisine and as a pastry chef. She still can't decide what she loves the most, Tacos or Cakes! She loves to include home-style in her menus desserts and savory dishes that bring her memories from a happy childhood.
Lety has owned and operated several businesses in Mexico before moving to Cincinnati in 2016 with her family. Here in Cincinnati, she has founded 'Horchata' established in Blue Ash and alumni from the Findlay Kitchen as a way to provide good food that translates into good moments that we all can share. She has recently transitioned this business to a new administration.
For Lety, the key values of these businesses have been quality, freshness, and food as a way to share a moment.
